I've been doing pretty good so far. Yesterday I only ate like 12 carbs but then I had a little bit of a cookie so I kind of blew it. But, that's not going to get me down. I'm going to continue on the diet and exercise everyday. In the past when I've made a mistake, I've given up completely but this time I'm determined. And, this site helps me stay motivated.
