After a week of vacation and a week w/MOM, I am back to serious intake control.
I had finally broken through my plateau!
Oh well, it is the end result - hopefully I will make my goal by Thanksgiving!
178.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
