my sleep has been off ..I think I've only averaged 4-6 hours a night but definitely interrupted.. maybe that has something to do with it. 😬😭🤬 aside from that no clue what I could of done.
weighed, counted and measured everything.
are in a deficit.
worked out light weights and did a lil under 3 miles
165.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I slept terrible last night. Felt speedy for some reason. I hope tonight is better for both of us.

Oh my goodness MorticiaAddams. I had the worst night sleep too. I swear I got up 14 times to pee. I don't even remember drinking that much! I sure hope we both have a better nights rest💕🙏🏼
