I'm finally below the weight I was at when I had my hysterectomy. It only took me 12 years to get there. Now, it's time to get the rest off.

334.6 lb Lost so far: 53.4 lb. Still to go: 184.6 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 10.5 lb a week
