I behave a little this week. 1.3kg(2.8lbs) down from last week. Thankful😊. Thinking of doing mischief again until wednesday with my friend, the nuts before I behave again🤭. Probably.

NSVs.
1. No more sharp pain on lowe back while doing crunches/sit up.
2. Push up and squat feels a little easier.
3. Got myself 3 pairs of new shoes.

178.6 lb Lost so far: 37.5 lb.    Still to go: 35.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
