Plenty of exercise this week and good diet, though I don't think my weigh-in was accurate last week as I used a friends scale so actual weight loss is probably not accurate
238.1 lb Lost so far: 72.8 lb.    Still to go: 39.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
