Still more water and initial weight loss. I have held well to a 500 calorie deficit. Suffering through a little insomnia and chills as my body aligns with the new pattern. It may only be a 500 calorie deficit from my maintenance level of 2973 calories daily, but it is a much larger deficit from what I had been eating. I was far over maintenance calorie intake. So there is a bit of system shock. Hoping things settle down to much more stable and slow weight loss next week.
