Yesterday I raised my calories to 1,500 and I gained a pound. So today I am doing the protein water and hopefully I'll beat this plateau. I will continue to eat 1,500 calories from now on and I will do the protein water from time to time to maintain. I hope this works.
126.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Are you getting enough fats in this diet? That may be your hindrance. Protein will not work for Keto without the right amount of fat in your diet. Try 2 T of olive oil and a shot, maybe?
