bleah. Still working on getting over all the sodium and carbs I ate on tuesday. (mostly cheese, triscuits, and a turkey sandwich from BJ's.)
196.4 lb Lost so far: 32.6 lb.    Still to go: 36.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
