How is this possible? I barely ate any lunch (boneless wings, but nothing else) or dinner (sandwich, no side) and didn't snack? Ugh!!
133.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
