0.6kg (1.3lbs) down from last week. Still, grateful. Note to self : Had a few over 50g carbs this week, lesser weight and lesser steps! No surprise it's slowing down.
181.4 lb Lost so far: 34.6 lb.    Still to go: 38.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
