I have been in the states 3 weeks now. And while I haven't gone off the deep end with my diet, I have completely ceased exercising.
Beginning 9/8, I'm tightening up my diet and reintroducing my daily smoothie.
I really really need help with childcare on the exercise front. I'm basically a single mom until I return home in mid-November. The Y has childcare, so I'm hoping they have a viable/affordable short-term membership option for me.
