Ate poorly at the carnival Friday night. Out until 11:00 with the kids. Rode several rides to stay away from the beer tent. Saturday worked around the house. Sunday was a waste, but at least i didn't eat too bad.
147.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 4.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
