Still eating no sweets at all also no cheese. Doing 1 hour cardio 5 times a week and 3 days a week strength training. Drinking lot's of water.
144.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
