Recalibrated scale with new batteries, low calorie fasting day, only enough to take meds with a 12 hour work shift and busting out some cardio at gym late night with a protein and carb 200 calorie reward for muscles when done
214.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
