Fell behind a couple of days. I still owe a couple of Ab Rippers and just finished a Kenpo today. I didn't take a rest day, so I'm actually only 1 day behind. Normally I start the week on a Wednesday. Due to being out of town for the next 3 days, I may need to skip even more. will re-assess after this weekend.
