I may or might or should reach under 140 by tomorrow morning ...
I should leave the 140 pound zone by tomorrow morning !!!

I tried everything else to get the body to use the energy ...
I tried everything
then I had a memory --
of "Pain the the ---" --- NO nOT HIM ... THAT OTHER GUY ...
APNG OR AGNP --- Whatever !!!!
I remember him and his cherry donut sausage pattie burger
telling other FS members ... "INCREASE YOUR CALORIE INTAKE"
and I thought ... "I wonder if that would work?"
and ... I did just that about 3 days ago .. and OMG - it does work!!!
I CAN LEARN.

All joking aside ...
I studied different things pretty intently...
it is hard to use up only 5 pounds of stored energy ...
it cannot be done with a low caloric intake after a year of caloric deficit ...
it does not work ...
I tried everything - I tried jumping up and down - everything!
The body slows down the metabolism refusing to use the stored energy -
If you try to go down to 1,200 or 1,100
it just maintains forever - in maintenance.

The body is a professional at maintaining fat stores...to avoid dying during a famine.
A long term daily calorie deficit - like one year - usually equals "famine"
so in order to convince the body ...
"Hey no food shortage here - this not a famine" you require more caloric intake
even if the caloric intake only covers your Basic Metabolic Rate ...
needed for your circulatory and digestive processes.
Nothing else worked --- but this is working !!!
No famine here - lots and lots of food.
140.2 lb Lost so far: 68.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.4 lb a week

I have also found that temporarily increasing my CI does indeed give my metabolism a bump in the bum! I'm still logging every bite but I eat more frequently than you do. I'm getting more sleep nowadays, which is very helpful. My mobility is improving every day...YAY!! It sure does my heart good to hear you are doing so great💕 Take care my friend👋

I am "looking" good people --- I really am - I dyed my hair and got some new eyeliner and mascara - and dropped another about 7-10 years ---- just by looking at the exercise book!!!
