First plateau I need to bust through. I'd work out, but I'm broken and battered from softball. Thighs are brutalized and my ankles/knees are shot. As long as I'm maintaining and not gaining I'm ok until I recover. got. to. break. through.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
