a good eating weekend... I found i ate alittle less than what I was on most weekends but i wasnt hungry! I am skipping the weekly Pizza (its my slight indulgence) ans I am keeping the water coming!!
190.7 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb.    Still to go: 40.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
