This is very frustrating. I worked out yesterday and I stayed way under my calorie count. All I can think of is that the day before I didn't drink the 1 gallon of water and yesterday I did. So perhaps I'm holding on to some water. I hope.
126.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
