thanks for your support today Im very greatful <3 I stared my weight lost journey back in November 2013 i weighed 244 lbs lose about 26 lbs using Atkins go to youtub its amazing put in low carb recipes and you wont believe it its amazing what they teach ya <3 got down to 218 <3 had a knee replacement in June 4th and am just getting back on my feet <3 after I got home from hospital when I eat my normal atkins foods I got very sick i dont know why ?? but in order for me to eat I had to eat something so I eat cereal so now I do my best to do my counting calories RDI try to stay under it <3 God Bless you sweetie <3 sweet dreams <3 praying youll get to were ya want to be <3
