i lost 23cm on the sleek geek challenge... then i was sick and for 2 weeks i gave my body a full chance to recover... that turned into a month because i was lazy after those weeks to do nothing...

1 month of NO exersize and very bad food choices i am back where i was BEFORE the challenge...

so today i start afresh... no sugar!! i joined a program that works out 3 times a week for 4 weeks, plus my regular workouts/runs on a saturday and the intention to workout in the morning before work!!

i just hope i can stick to it now!!
142.9 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
