Suzi, I just now saw your comment and I want to tell you that I appreciate it! I've been making small changes to my way of eating and it's paying off slowly but surely. I'm hoping that in making small changes slowly, it'll truly become a lifestyle change and it'll be just a new way of living for me. I've already shed over 20 lbs and I'm really excited about it.
At this point I'm not looking for a quick fix anymore. I'm looking for a new way of living and eating. A way to enjoy my cravings occasionally and over all eat in a much more healthy fashion. I'm now thinking about what I want to do to add some exercise to the mix. I want something that won't just be a temporary thing so I think I'm going to do as you, my mom, and everybody suggests and just start walking. It's easy, I don't have to buy anything and I can take both my dog and my daughter with me.
