This week my calorie intake was on the lower side of things, but some of those days, I just wasn't hungry. I don't want to officially drop my RDI below the 2,000 mark yet. I don't know why I have it in my head that when I plateau the low drop will help me push through it. I can see myself at a plateau around 240/220.
I still want to try for my birthday goal (the 30 by 30). I only have 16 days and still 15 pounds to lose (about a pound a day), but I'm going to give it my all and this way whatever I wake up weighing on my birthday I can be proud of. I don't want to throw in the towel just because the odds are against me. I may just need to weigh in every other day or so to help me know what my progress is and whether or not I need to push a little harder at the gym! Here's to success! :)
