Went to a bike race Sat. Really overate this weekend.

On the positive note, I was able to track my food for about 3 days before getting distracted. Will start again today and see if I can get the whole week in.

On the cautionary note, will be going on a vacation starting Thursday. A couple of big BBQ's are in the plan. Will need to balance out other meals to accommodate the cal's.

From the tracking last week, it is obvious that I am getting way too much fat. During my success with the prevent T2 program a few years ago, I was given a limit of 50 Fat grams a day. It is amazing how just one or two items like eggs or cheese just blow that out of the water!
235.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
