So it is all about too many carbs. Switched to eating smaller, more frequent meals. Carbs are higher today than yesterday, but not as high as they have been. Rain yet again, so started cleaning the basement. More clothes to donate and found a few of my old "favorite" silk dresses that should fit again soon. Elliptical: tonight, maintaining mid to upper 40 rpm's, finishing (30 mins) in the 50's. Total Steps: 1600, Cals: 302 Mins: 36. Last 5 minutes stepping backwards around 35 rpm's.
141.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
