I've been having a real hard time sticking to a healthy diet lately...stress level is high...not to mention all of the picnics and festivals ect...haven't been exercising either...I'm going tomorrow to look at a couple of gyms...I'm thinking about trying curves, but they said 100$ for a joining fee and that is kind of crazy I think.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Hey! Thanks for the buddy add. I'm kind of new to this, so not sure how it all works, but its cool to know people read what is written! Just an FYI, I did Curves a few years ago. It's okay. They have hydraulic machines there, and it's circut training. You really only get out what you put in (like any gym I guess), but they're pretty good to keep you motivated. I just didn't like the machines. Post which you pick!
