I feel bad as I didn't try very hard this past week. Tomorrow is my birthday and I wanted to enjoy my Red Velvet Cupcakes (I'm having 2) without guilt. Now I'm going to have guilt. Rats.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Don't feel guilty Chantal - it's your birthday and you deserve to celebrate it!! You have done so awesome and you have reached your goal weight!! Don't fret about one week. You enjoy it and don't think another thing about it. There is always next week to get it back off!!
