vlcd 7- Im down today .8 from yesterday- I was thinking I would see a gain since I forgot my lunch and food at home.. down 1/2 in this week in waist also... yipeee!!!
133.2 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
