Did you use this mornings weigh in? Our weight can change each day. If you ate too much sodium yesterday, you might be up today. Your weight changes from morning till night because of all the food you eat and drink all day. If you eat a lot of protein, the scale might be down a few pounds the next day (because protein pushes water out of our cells just like a high carb day may take in water and show a temporary gain on the scale. Our bodies physcilogy is all complicated. Our water weight shifts all day. Exercise, medication, sickness, stress, lack of sleep and so many more factors all effect the scale too. So keep that in mind when you weigh. If you know you are overeating, then get on plan and you can have those pounds off in no time. Good luck!
