I have been doing leslie sandsone walk at home 5 miles and then insanity cardio abs (its only 15 min), nad as long as weathers good walking my son to school its 1 mile round trip. pretty simple! I was so happy to see this weigh in but now my hubby is tempting me with cookies! Im trying to resist! ahh Hope you weeks going well!
