You don't have to stop with your MD right away, but make sure to put it into your point count for the day. I still have my coffee with cream and sugar every week day - I just make sure to count it. Good luck!

Thanks! I am buying the small bottles and going to try to get back to one a day. I have been drinking 3 or 4 large bottles a day for forever and each bottle is considered 3 servings...yikes!
