truthfully, this past week i've allowed myself some indulgences, like pancakes (whole wheat with sugar free syrup) so i'm a little surprised by the numbers.
happy - but surprised.
setting myself a shirt-term goal of 190 by August 28; will require some real discipline re: food and exercise but i believe it's doable.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
