Yesterday I was pampered by my wife. We slept in late. Attended church in bed. Then we had steak and eggs for brunch and snow crab legs for dinner. I ate under my calorie goal, slightly exceeded my protein goal, and did not meet some activity goals. 499 kcal deficit // BF↑0.3% and is out of range // missed Sleep Goal // Lift Day!!! (upper body)
154.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
