down 1.8lbs from yesterday, i am down a little over 10 lbs since tuesday, im going to say its water weight. I also never realized how much Iced Tea I drank and all the CRAP i snacked on through the day. I am amazed though, I used to be able to eat smaller meals, ok so it was 6 years ago, BUT I just want to get back to the weight i was when i met my husband. Loosing a job 7 years ago, made me go overboard and i gained 50lbs and that put me over 200 lbs and i havent see less then 215 in 5 years. I can do this I need to I have a family to care for and my weight with my heart issues is not good. I am glad that my friends & family are also on here and are supportive.
237.3 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 57.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

:-) Sounds like you got a good plan, Jenn!! AND it sounds like you're doing great... This weekend was totally shot for me =( I'm very annoyed with myself... We were in the car for toooooo long on Saturday.... ugh...
