Yay! I lost 0.2 lbs! I'll take it. Got some sleep last night. Problem is my body is trained to automatically wake up at 5:30. It's annoying. I also made real food today! I made a stir fry with tofu, eggplant, yellow pepper, green beans, kale, water chestnuts, and bean sprouts. It was ok, but not great. At least I got some actual vegetables. Now, I just need someone to come organize my work supplies, and clean my house, and pay my bills...
182.4 lb Lost so far: 31.6 lb.    Still to go: 42.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week

Yay!! Glad you finally rested. I know the feeling I wake up @ 3:55 am, however I have gotten so mist weekend days I can go back to sleep for a couple hours. Veggies are good. Would love to have someone to do that for me as well.
