This week has been rough beginning with right hip pain during my runs. Therefore, I've only been able to run a couple of days before it got increasingly worse. My diet has been...well, it has NOT been. I'm sad about all of this and getting very discouraged.
139.4 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.2 lb a week

Check with your doctor about the hip! You might have a little arthritis or something. Also, you can do other exercise. Take the eating one step at a time and it will be manageable. Good luck to you!
