? I waited a little later in the morning to weigh myself today. I also took a bike ride prior, but I did not eat - so it’s curious why I gained weight.. ??
167.5 lb Lost so far: 62.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
