Been a while since I've taken weight seriously. I'm over weight again! Not as bad but OVER!!!! I want to catch it and maintain it before it gets out of control. I love this site. Marriage and grand babies occurred and life changed . Lost job also. Lots of getting used to. I want to maintain my weight even when LIFE happens :)
