203.5 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 35.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I am just so disgusted in myself, I got from 120kg to 93kg, but now I ZERO willpower, I am a sugar addict as well, I dont eat breakfast I start eating after work, anyone out there with the same problem? I`m from South Africa, Centurion

I am in the process of over coming what you've just said :( get your mindset worked out and the rest will just happen. What's your WHY? Dig deep and figure out why you are wanting to lose weight and be healthy. This will help you break down the mental block and get over the sugar cravings. It's taken me years to get to the place I am at now but well worth it! Never give up!

Please don't be disgusted with yourself, there is a very valid reason for the lack of willpower and the horrid need for sugar, and I only know this because I had the very same issues until we (doctor and I) figured out that I had a very serious over-population of candida that caused my sugar cravings so strongly, among a myriad of other wretched issues. He gave me a medicine called Ketoconazole to clean out the masses of candida and I am doing SO much better. I also know that Diflucan does the same thing and they both work well. Much happiness and success to you in your journey, it's amazing what different things we find out on this road to health, isn't it?
