Bad Week for for eating healthy and watching calories. Birthdays, Mother Day, Fine Dining out, Yankee Game with All you can eat. End result is 4lbs weight gain. Haven't SMOKED since April 20th. Also haven't exercised since April 15th. Pulmonary Embolism put a damper on a lot of things.

It's very difficult giving up all of my stress and anxiety outlets all at once. I feel like I am hanging on by a thread. I get angry, frustrated and feel sorry for myself.

I have to remember that I was 285lbs in February. I am still down 35lbs. In the past I would just say screw it, I blew it and go back to eating, smoking and whatever else I wanted to do to excess.

I am in a tough spot right now. I just need to hang in there and it will pass.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
