Discourage and disgusted about weight going between 179 and 182 and not continuing to go down. Will try to add more exercise.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I hear you! I have been up and down through 3 pounds for the last couple of weeks! I am adding more exercise too. Good Luck!

Thanks I need some luck and energy time is my problem too, when I get home from work after going to the store many times cook clean the mess who feels like exercising? But I'm going to WA on Sat so I hope to have some time and energy to do it! I live in CA another problem HOT!!!
