After seeing 239-242 for a few weeks it is nice to finally see a result!
238.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 83.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1522 kcal Fat: 74.29g | Prot: 76.42g | Carb: 180.84g.   Breakfast: natures harvest natures harvest light whole wheat bread, Nectarines, Dole Pineapple Chunks in Juice. Lunch: Ketchup, Morningstar Farms Grillers Chik'n Veggie Patties, La Tortilla Factory Smart & Delicious Soft Wraps Mini White Whole Wheat. Dinner: Cheese Sauce, World Catch Wild Salmon, Cooked Summer Squash (from Fresh), Cooked Spaghetti Squash (Fat Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: Braum's Vanilla Soft Serve Frozen Yogurt, Natural Grocers Fresh Ground Almond Butter, Smucker's Strawberry Preserves, Peter Pan Whipped Creamy Peanut Butter. more...
