Been on colon relief since Friday. Today starting back on pills. Current combo will be 2 revive, 2 exhilarate, and 2 xerophagy.

211.2 lb Lost so far: 28.8 lb.    Still to go: 51.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
