overdid it last night - should have stuck with water for an hour or more. Left my coat at Roy's. Sold a good many bags and bottles, and Bee asked me to bring some to Park Board meeting tomorrow. Jeff was here when I got back from Tai Chi - he had trimmed black gum branches back from smoke tree, and was working on the computer and Roku. Laptop seems to be fixed, and I need to play with the Roku and sign up for netflix streaming. Jeff didn't have time for installing the new fixture in the kitchen, and recommended I take a bulb in and see if there was anything brighter which would fit.

Nice walk with Mol, and got more of the Dan Rather book read.
108.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
