I’ve lots a bit of weight. I’ve been on tamoxifen now for several months. I don’t have an appetite like I use to. I feel a bit sad bc I do find I’m not enjoying food as much, but I actually don’t feel depressed. I did read that some people do just lose weight with tamoxifen so maybe that’s me?

Now that I’m done radiation I’m trying to get my endurance up again just through regular walking.

139.8 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 139.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
