I need to make sure I am eating enough calories.
155.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week

yes I too find my body holds on when I go too low for too long.. then I eat something im not supposed to - like pizza - and bam - im 3 lbs lighter the next morning... good luck!

That happens to me too! It is crazy - no rhyme or reason.
