Didn't eat many veggies yesterday, just wasn't in the mood. I managed to get my calories and fat in though. Seems I can't do high fat high cal and low carb together. When my carbs are low enough, my fat and calories are also low. As long as I'm losing weight, and feeling good I'm not sure being under 1000 calories most days is really that bad. I'm eating, feeling full, exercising twice a day and still losing so I must be doing something right.
I am finally switching from induction to OWL, even though I'm betting 1/2 the days I try to keep it under 20 NC, and the other half I allow myself more carbs via fruit and veggies.
