21.4% bodyfat 38.8%muscle weighted self after a heavy lunch. gained 1% fat that sucks even though I have been good and P90xing
189.2 lb Lost so far: 30.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
