So today I had my broth/stock drink. For lunch I had tri-tip salad with slices of red bell pepper, onion, romaine lettuce and shredded Mexican 4 type cheese (about 1/2 cup). Then I had some 1/4 pound, I think, fried beef salami and about 4 ounces Jarlsburg cheese. I need to drink lots more liquid and have a tablespoon of coconut oil before going to bed. I don't feel hungry. Didn't do anything physical today. Will see what the scales say in the morning. Sleep or lack of seems to control my weight loss. The closer to 8 hours I get the more I lose weight. Will see what the scales say in the morning.
260.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 120.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
